SoftAims Plus provides technology services including software, mobile, and web development, managed IT, cloud services, IT outsourcing, and related consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for engaged work are set out in a separate agreement or statement of work.

The Services and all materials we provide — text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by SoftAims Plus or its licensors and are protected by law. You retain ownership of content you submit. Ownership of work product created in a paid engagement is governed by the applicable service agreement.

5. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftAims Plus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SoftAims Plus harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date; continued use of the Services indicates acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at SoftAims Plus's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
